Ordering
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send you a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us (‘contract’) will only be made when we send you this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the contract.
Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your dispatch email. If you pay by credit or debit card we will not charge you for products which are not available. If you pay using PayPal any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Ordering errors
You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the Place Order button in checkout.
Prices
Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include Value Added Tax where applicable but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Due to the large number of products on our site, it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
Payment
Klarna is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+, subject to status, terms and conditions apply. Payments will be made directly to Klarna and must be repaid in line with the relevant product terms.
Pay Later products (Pay in 3 instalments and Pay in 30 days) are not regulated credit agreements and Klarna is not subject to supervision by the Financial Conduct Authority when it offers these products.
Before you can use a Pay Later product, Klarna will perform a soft credit check - this initial search will not affect your credit rating and the check is not visible to other lenders.
Borrowing beyond your means could seriously affect your financial status, ensure you can afford to make your repayments on time by their due date.

Delivery Pass T&Cs
1. The New Look Delivery Pass costs £19.99 and is valid for a period of 12 months.
2. The Delivery Pass is only available to those currently residing in the UK and for deliveries and collections to a UK address.
3. Once you subscribe to the Delivery Pass you are free to use our Next Day UK, Standard, BFPO and Channel Islands delivery options available on our website, including click and collect, at no extra cost. Evening Deliveries and Same Day Deliveries are not included in the Delivery Pass.
4. The Delivery Pass is not available for orders placed in store and can only be used for orders placed on newlook.com.
5. In order to subscribe to the Delivery Pass you must have a valid New Look account and be logged in to create the subscription.
6. You can order using the Delivery Pass as often as you like and there is no minimum spend.
7. To purchase the Delivery Pass just add it to your bag while placing an order online. Any items bought at the same time as the subscription will be sent to you using the Delivery Pass. Both the items and the subscription to the delivery service will be charged on the same order.
8. The Delivery Pass, and any other additional items purchased at the same time, cannot be bought in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
9. The Delivery Pass will not automatically renew.
10. Provided you have not made any additional purchases using the Delivery Pass you are entitled, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to cancel your subscription up to 14 days after your first payment is taken or after your subscription is renewed. To cancel your subscription using this right please contact our Customer Service team.
11. Once your second order has been shipped to you using the Delivery Pass you cannot cancel your subscription.
12. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our discretion. New Look will notify you in the event that there are any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other New Look terms and conditions still apply.
13. To ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during busy periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.
14. The Delivery Pass can only be used for personal use and should not be used for any business purposes.
15. A full list of our delivery and collection options can be viewed here, along with the delivery timescales.
16. We will always aim to get your order to you in line with the promised delivery timescales. However in times of high demand we reserve the right to change your delivery to a different option. We’ll let you know if we do this.
17. At times of high demand, we reserve the right to make temporary changes to our usual Delivery Pass service. We will ensure the Delivery Pass returns to normal as quickly as possible.
18. We reserve the right to terminate your Delivery Pass subscription at any time. We will offer refunds at our discretion but no refund will be given to any customer who has breached these terms and conditions or has taken part in illegal or fraudulent activity relating to the Delivery Pass service.

What are multi-buy promotions?
Multi-buy promotions apply to those items specifically listed, which are subject to change and availability. Prices exclude postage and packing. If you do not purchase enough items to qualify for the discount; the items will be charged at their normal price (for example, if the multi-buy promotion is 'buy 3 x £5 t-shirts for £12' and you purchase 2 t-shirts you will be charged £10).

Gift cards and eGift cards - General
- Sales of New Look gift cards and e-gift cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the gift cards.
- New Look gift cards and e-gift cards supplied by this website can be purchased in £ sterling.
- £ sterling gift cards and e-gift cards can be used as full or part payment for any products purchased in New Look UK stores or www.newlook.com.
- Gift cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
- Gift cards will normally be dispatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. - Gift card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.

WEEE compliance
The UK’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations allows you to recycle your old electrical products, free of charge.
In the UK, Government estimates show that we throw away over two million tonnes of electrical waste each year, mostly into landfill. Much of this waste can be recycled, and the resources recovered to make new consumer goods. The WEEE regulations aim to reduce the quantity of electrical and electronic items disposed of in this way, and will encourage everyone to play a part in protecting our environment for future generations.
New Look have contributed toward the development of recycling collection points (known as ‘Designated Collection Facilities) throughout the UK through our membership of the Distribution Take Back Scheme (DTS).

Law and Jurisdiction

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Delivery, Collection, and Returns
Delivery
Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer.
When you have chosen the products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process.
To ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during Sales, or busy periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for worldwide deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations. Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to worldwide destinations may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. The fastest way to get a refund is to pop into store with your items.
You can return your item within 28 days, including items purchased with promotional discounts. (Your 28 days start from the date on your receipt, or from the date when you received/collected any items you bought online).
Returning Online Sale Items
Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have another 14 days to return the items to us.
Log into our returns portal to start your return. You’ll find the link in our Help Centre here, on the returns note, or by scanning the QR code on your delivery bag.
Please note: In-store sale items can be exchanged only, within 14 days of receipt, at any New Look store.

Please note: If your order was placed in store (your order number will begin with HS), you must return your item(s) to store to be processed through the till as our warehouse is unable to process this refund for you. You do not need a QR code to do this.
If you are returning to one of our Isle of Man or Channel Island stores, your refund will be processed through the till and so you will not need a QR code.
Legal Right to cancel
If you are a consumer you have the legal right to cancel. A consumer is any natural person who carries out transactions not for commercial or self-employment purposes.

Instructions on your right to cancel
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days, without giving a reason.
This cancellation period of fourteen days starts with the day you or a person of your choice, who is not the deliverer, have/ has received the goods.
In order to apply your legal right to cancel you need to contact us with a clear statement and let us know about your decision to cancel this contract.
How do I notify you of my intent to cancel?
The easiest way to let us know of your intent to cancel is by creating a returns label or QR code via our Returns Portal.
You can also cancel via the 'Contact us' page here. The best way to do this is to go to the "Email us" box and choose 'I have a question about my order' as the email subject. Complete all the details and please enter “Cancelling Order” in the 'Subject' box. Please give details of why you would like to cancel your order with New Look.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you have cancelled this contract, we are obliged to refund your payment, including delivery costs, within fourteen days starting with the day we received your cancellation notice (with the exception of additional costs, as a result of your decision to choose a different delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). In order to refund your money, we will use the same transaction that you chose in order to pay, unless we specifically agreed on an alternative refund method. We won’t charge an extra fee for the return of goods to store, but a postal return to our warehouse may be subject to an additional fee. We can deny the refund until we have either received the products or proof that you have sent them, depending on the earlier point of time.
Cancellation right exceptions
Your right to cancel does not include the delivery of sealed goods, which on the grounds relating to protection of health, are not suitable for being returned when they have been opened by the consumer. These include for example piercings, beach wear, hair extensions, beauty products, hygiene products and parfums.
New Looks returns policy
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this Returns Policy within 28 days. These 28 days are regardless of your legal right to cancel within fourteen days. New Look shops worldwide are not able to refund or exchange products. Customers can return their products by post only.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us by post. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should keep proof of postage. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them. No exchanges can be made through our warehouse (this is because we cannot guarantee stock levels due to expected high turnover of styles).
Please note: We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition. For a full list of refund exceptions, click here.
Reasonable care
If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:
- You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in our stores.
- You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
- Shoes shouldn’t be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
- Hygiene strips must not be removed from any products (for example, swimwear).
- Tags should not be removed from products.
- The original packaging should be retained and returned.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, face coverings, swimwear where the seal/hygiene sticker has been removed or underwear/briefs if removed from their original packaging. We also cannot offer exchange or refunds on fragrances if the original packaging has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Risk and title
The products will be at your risk at the time that they enter into your possession or a person identified by you that is authorised to take possession of the products. Ownership of the products will only pass to you at the time of delivery or (if later) when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
Warranty
We will take responsibility for defects in the goods as per statutory provision, in particular §§ 434 ff. BGB.
Liability
Our liability for defects in the goods is as follows:
Our liability in cases of intent and gross negligence is unrestricted.
We are only liable for defects that were not of intent or gross negligence if a duty has been violated, which was of special significance for the contractual purpose (cardinal obligation). In this case our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
The liability for loss of life, bodily injury or damage to the health of a person on account of assuming a guarantee remains unaffected by the foregoing limitation of liability.
Returns of non-New Look items
You are responsible for checking the contents of any packages before you return them to us.
We are not responsible for the care or return of the contents of any packages which are erroneously returned to us (which included any products provided by other retailers) (“Erroneous Returns”). We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site.
