Yes you can! You can cancel your order within 20 minutes* of placing your order.
- Find your order in your account, or if you placed your order as a guest, pop your order details in here.
- Click the Cancel Order button (if this is not showing, you have missed the window). Your cancellation window can be found above this button.
- Let us know why you are cancelling your order.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- You will receive an email to confirm your cancellation, this can take a few minutes to arrive. You can also check the status on your order page.
*If you placed your order close to a delivery cut off time (e.g. 8pm for Next Day), you may not have the full 20 minutes or may not be able to cancel your order.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately not. You can cancel and re-place your order though.
Can I cancel just one item from my order?
You can only cancel the entire order.
I've missed the window, what can I do?
- If your order is going to the correct address, you have 28 days to return your order for a refund. If you return within 14 days, you will receive a refund of your delivery costs too.
- If your order is going to the incorrect address, you may have the option via your tracking link to arrange for your order to be collected from a parcel shop or delivered to a neighbour. If your order is refused at the incorrect address, it will be returned to us and refunded read more here.
Can I still return the unwanted order/items?
If it is not possible to cancel your order, you can refuse the order when it arrives, where it will be returned and refunded in full, or you can return the order to us for a full refund (including postage if returned within 14 days) with our returns options here.
The above exceptions refers to change of mind only and this does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. your right to cancel, or your right to return items which are faulty or not as described, or a general right to return online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
