However, we are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time periods below, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition.
For sale items purchased online:
For sale items purchased online, these can be returned by post (for a cost) or in-store (for free - our in store returns process as changed slightly, find out more here.) within 14 days from receiving them, for a full refund. Identify sale items online by the red percentage off badge on the item, i.e:

For sale items purchased in-store, you can return them within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt for an exchange only. Identify sale items in store by their 'red pen' markdown, i.e:

Please note: The above returns options refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
