Yes you can! The returns policy is different for items purchased online or in-store.
This policy refers to markdown sale items, not items purchased within a promotional discount (i.e 25% off). |
Purchases made both online and in-store after 15th October 2020 sit within our extended Christmas/Lockdown returns policy. |
For sale items purchased online these can be fully refunded by post or in-store within 14 days from receiving them. Or, if you have notified us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the goods , you will have a further 14 days to return the product(s) to us from that date.

For sale items purchased in-store, you can return them within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt for an exchange or refund to a New Look credit note. Identify sale items in store by their 'red pen' markdown, i.e:

Please note: The above returns options refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
